We prepare your order within 1 to 3 business days of purchase. You receive an email with your tracking link as soon as it ships.
Delivery times
Most orders arrive within 6 to 10 business days of dispatch, depending on your location. Your delivery estimate is shown at checkout. Remote areas can take a few days longer.
Your free guides
Digital guides included with The Pair and The Trio are PDFs, emailed to you as soon as your order is confirmed. They are not shipped with the mat.
Tracking your order
Use the tracking link in your shipping email. If you cannot find it, contact us with your order number and we will send it again.
Wrong address or a delivery problem?
