How to claim
- Email contact@adorebath.com within 30 days of delivery.
- Include your order number and a line on what did not work for you.
- We confirm your refund within 2 business days. It goes back to your original payment method; your bank may take a few more days to show it.
What is covered
The guarantee covers the mats in your order, one claim per order. Free digital guides stay yours. If you ordered The Pair or The Trio, you can claim for the whole order.
Faulty or damaged items
If your mat arrives faulty or damaged, send us your order number and a photo. We will replace it or refund you, at no cost to you. Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law, and nothing in this page limits those rights.
